As a designer, I believe that it is vital to understand design in many different forms of media. As a storyteller, it is equally important to know the similarities and differences when sharing stories through those media. To that end, I have taken the opportunity to work in many different mediums using both real and virtual material. These include wood and metal working, clay, paint, sewing, 3D printing, laser cutting, 3D modeling and animation, 2D graphic design and effects, as well as others. Each of these have helped me to understand how to shape and craft my stories and designs.
